14 days from delivery, unopened, original condition. Custom grind work non-refundable once completed, except where faulty. Contact us first; we always attempt to correct before any other resolution.

Questions about pens, nibs, grinds, inks, and paper are always welcome. Dr. Nib will answer honestly, even when the honest answer is "that pen isn't worth tuning."
Pens tuned here are for writers, not flippers. If Dr. Nib suspects a purchase is for resale, the order may be declined.
Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication will result in the conversation ending and any pending order being cancelled and refunded.
